Building Knowledge

While I was on hiatus, I mentioned in the few articles I published that I was working on a self-improvement project.  I was taking an online law class called How to Win in Court With or Without a Lawyer.

The course is offered by Dr. Frederick Graves, Esq.  I found out about this seeing Graves as a guest on Peggy Hall’s livestream.  Peggy Hall is the host of thehealthyamerican.org which can help you with religious exemptions from tyranny.

I highly recommend this course.  The course was very thorough and therefore, time consuming.

Now, can I say I have become able to legally defend myself in any situation?  No.  However, I now have a better knowledge of my rights and will be far more able to know if my lawyer is robbing me or doing his best for me should I ever, God-forbid need one.

Each section ends with a quiz.  Full disclosure:  I got some As, some Bs, Some Cs and some Ds.  I don’t THINK I got any Fs.  So while I would not be able to defend myself in a major lawsuit or if I were framed for a felony, fighting a parking ticket, misdemeanor or small claims litigation would not be out-of-the-question.

If you have the time to fully commit and make it one of your highest priorities, you can become a competent litigator for about a thousandth of the cost of law school.

These are things our children should be learning in school instead of sodomy.  They don’t teach self-sufficiency because they want us to be dependent upon the machine.

Taking this class reminded me of a book I read years ago by Dilbert creator, Scott Adams called How to Fail at Almost Everything and Still Win Big.  To be honest, I found the book boring.

However, it did have good advice on the power of affirmations and that learning skills, even if you do not become expert can place you ahead of the game.

Examples:  I was an objectively bad wrestler and boxer, but the basics and work ethic I learned with a smattering of jiujitsu thrown in can allow me to at least defend myself from an attacker who is not an elite physical force (most of whom do not randomly attack people).

I am also never going to be a competitive  strongman, but have spent enough time in the gym to be stronger than the average couch potato.

I am objectively no genius, but I read enough to be better informed than a guy who just watches sportsball and porn in his man cave.

The point here is not to blow my horn.  I am objectively average.  However, society is so pathetic today that just dabbling in certain things can place us a mile ahead.

Anyway, that’s what I was doing while away.  Us Christian patriots have to constantly be looking for ways to improve and become more self-reliant because the structure we became dependent upon is broken and those in power hate us.

Knowing our legal rights these days is more important than ever with our selective and two-tiered justice system.  Talk soon.
