Addiction To Comfort

Last article, I discussed the right’s greatest weakness.  That of course, is not practicing our faith.

Our biggest secular weakness is our addiction to comfort.  We are all guilty, myself included.

The more addicted we are to comfort, the weaker we are.  The less self-reliant we are, the more we will be addicted to comfort and the more the Great Reset will hurt us.

The first wave was the virus.  The mask in the car crew horded toilet paper, listened to their mainstream masters and addicted themselves to Amazon, Netflix and Uber eats.

When they got really motivated they had Zoom parties.  Personally, I didn’t miss much of a beat.

I adjusted my workouts to home and nature.  Sure there was some boredom when you couldn’t take the lady out to eat or meet the guys for a drink.

However, being able to prepare your own meals to good quality (a skill lacking in this unserious country) mitigated that.  My family, friends and I got together at each other’s homes.

My biggest gripe was with the Catholic Bishops taking a knee to the satanic globalists and closing the churches.

Those who were afraid, well I didn’t miss them too much anyway.  Then things ramped up when the shot came out.

Some got the shot because they thought it was best for them.  God Bless.

But I also heard people say they didn’t want to get the shot, but wanted to be able to get on an airplane.  Some had to travel for work, but many were talking about leisure.

Personally, I just won’t travel anywhere I may need the shot, and international travel is out of the question for the foreseeable future because I don’t trust that I won’t be tossed into a COVID camp.

The really weak people who did not want the shot, but caved so they could go to the sportsball game or concert are a disgrace.

Personally, I couldn’t possibly care less about professional sports.  I like music, but I don’t need to pay $1,000 to hear some washed up slave to the oligarchs sing about the working man while he alienates him.

If I do see a show, it will be those who take a stand against mandates like Kid Rock, Van Morrison, Eric Clapton, etc.

Some took the shot to save their jobs.  That’s where self-reliance comes in.  Self employment was never attractive to me until now when I don’t have many skills for such.

I was self reliant enough to learn my rights though.  Should my source of income mandate me to get the shot, I have my religious exemption ready to go at a moment’s notice.

However, the next phases of the Great Reset will really separate the men from the boys and I am admittedly behind.  Just like the virus was orchestrated, the elites involved with the World Economic Forum will begin crashing the dollar, forcing shortages and staging cyber attacks.

Maybe crypto or precious metals can mitigate this, but being self reliant for food will also matter.  I still have not learned to hunt, grow my own food or camp.

These are going to be necessary skillsets.  Jesus will provide, but sloth is a deadly sin.
