Is the Vatican responsible for the war outbreak in Eastern Europe? Catholics believe in the appearances and apparitions of the Blessed Virgin Mary to 3 children in Fatima, Portugal in 1917.
The Blessed Mother ordered on July 13, 1917 that the Pope along with all the other Catholic Bishops around the world consecrate Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary for a period of world peace.
It is the belief of some Catholics, myself included that this has not been done. There have been 10 Popes from that day until this writing.
None of them have fulfilled that order. Some will argue that St. John Paul II did so on March 25, 1984.
On that date, Pope John Paul II in union with the bishops of the world consecrated the whole world to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. He did not specifically say Russia.
Apologists will argue that St. John Paul II fulfilled the Marian Order in this. I disagree.
The idea is that Russia is in the world, so there you go. Case closed.

I mean, you are in the world right? Of course you wouldn’t.
So why did St. John Paul II do this? Some say he wanted and intended to, but advisors in the Vatican persuaded him otherwise.
Some say they did not want to provoke the godless communists. Whatever the reason, I and many do not believe the Order was fulfilled.
Does that make St. John Paul II bad? No. Maybe he listened to the wrong people.
Maybe he was weak in that moment like his predecessor, St. Peter was when he denied Christ. Was Trump a bad president for listening to the wrong people on Operation Warp Speed, or is it a little more nuanced than an absolute yes or no?
I am sure many thought the fall of the Soviet Union signified a proper consecration. However, Our Lady did not order the consecration of the USSR. She ordered it of Russia.
And here we are. Vladimir Putin in 2013 apparently asked the man currently appointed Pope about consecrating Russia. He was rebuffed. It was also reported that a Putin aid was told by a Vatican staffer that they would destroy Fatima (watch the link above).
Vatican politics have been going on for centuries. In fact, late head Vatican Exorcist, Fr. Gabriel Amorth himself said that evil lurked amongst the Cardinals.
The way the Church has acted in recent years supports this. Francis or Bergoglio, or whatever he wants to call himself can take action today.
He can prove detractors like myself dead wrong and consecrate Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary today. He just may stop WWIII.

I am not a fan either. The Blessed Mother did not mention those other 3 nations which I believe to be a far greater threat to the United States itself than Russia. For whatever reason, it seems that Russia is viewed in Heaven as the focal point of world peace.
I struggled thinking how I would present my thoughts on this subject matter. However, after watching the video link that you included, it’s doubtful that my comment will offend anyone. Excellent video, by the way! The priest tells you in no uncertain terms what’s really going on, and who the driving force is. The papacy was infiltrated by Freemasons long ago. Bergoglio isn’t the first mason and he won’t be the last. He’ll do what his overlords expect him to do to usher in a one-world religion. Masons do not worship the God of the Bible.
I’m an equal opportunity offender. Some time ago you mentioned the names of Protestant Church leaders in one of your essays. I cringed when I read them. All of them were apostate ministries. If they are in the news, mentioned on social media, if their sermons are broadcasted on television, they have all been infiltrated and compromised. They work for the enemy.
I would be remiss if I didn’t add this. The “Star of David” is proudly on display in Masonic Temples. Freemasons DO NOT worship the God of the Bible – not the old covenant or the new covenant. King David was a righteous king and loved the LORD. He did not have any idols – he had no star. The god, Remphan, on the other hand, a representation of Lucifer/Moloch, had a star!

Good insight. I never heard this about the Israeli flag. It does have similarities to the Freemason symbol. As a basic supporter of Israel, I would welcome for info on this. I do know about Freemasons in the Vatican. Fr. Amorth spoke about this. Would the Consecration work? I believe it would. Though I have been very critical of this man, carrying out the Consecration would be a sign of conversion of his heart. Also, according to Doctrine, even when a bad priest Consecrates bread and wine into the Body and Blood, the blessing from Heaven is there. The Blessed Mother ordered this for a reason and she likely had full knowledge of who the coming Popes would be.
